E.W. Howell Completes Agnes B Store in SoHo

E. W. Howell Co., Inc. is proud to announce it is the General Contractor for the French fashion designer and retailer Agnes B.    E. W. Howell's New York City Office has recently completed the renovation at 103 Greene Street the new location of the French Couture's trendy Soho boutique.  The Landmark Commission recognized building has been declared Agnes B's flagship store for the United States .

The retail store fit out includes Spanish sandstone and Oak hardwood wide plank flooring with special finishes throughout the space.  A complete millwork fixturing package for the merchandising area, and domed ceilings at the selling areas are featured in this 3,000 square foot first floor space.  The design of millwork and hardware selected for display and merchandising is European and reflects the high standards of taste that this fine French clothier is known for.  The interior fit out also includes alteration rooms in the cellar along with back of space storage and mechanical support systems.
