Gideon Frost Hall The Friend's Academy enlisted E. W. Howell Co., Inc. for it's Upper School Renovation and Addition to the Gideon Frost Hall. The project team included Friends Academy – the Owner, Projex Incorporated - the Owner's Representative, Beatty Harvey & Associates - Architect, E. W. Howell Co., Inc. - General Contractor, and Seinick Hardwood Engineers - Structural Engineer. The initial scope of the project was a 40,000 square foot gut renovation, including; wiring for up-to-date communications, and HVAC, a new hydraulic elevator, leveling of the floors, all new windows through out, and slate roof repair. This is E. W. Howell Co., Inc.'s second project for the Friends Academy , Project Executive - Paul O'Rourke, Project Manager - Arsenio Minondo, and Project Superintendent - Patrick McAree served as the project team for both endeavors, working along side Mr. Joseph Galeno, the Owner's Representative. We are very proud of this project; the finished building is as beautiful as it is functional.
