EW Howell Wins at Gateway Center in Brooklyn!

The Gateway Center on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn is being developed by The Related Companies with HRH Construction as the Construction Manager.  A number of opportunities were discovered for select tenants and E.W. Howell, through our marketing efforts, have had the opportunity to submit construction bids to Toys R Us, Olive Garden Restaurants, Circuit City, and Bed Bath Beyond.

Our first win at Gateway is for Darden Restaurants, owners of Olive Garden, we are the successful General Contractor for their ground-up restaurant at the center, which is currently under construction.

E.W. Howell was also selected as the General Contractor for Circuit City 's retail space, we expect to begin construction this summer.
