Lowe's Completes Lowe's in Westbury

E. W. Howell Co., Inc., the oldest and largest construction company on Long Island, with a branch office in New York City is pleased to announce it has recently completed building Nassau County's first Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse.

The project consisted of a brand new ground-up 126,482 square foot retail store including a 15,196 square foot outdoor garden center.   Also at the site is a 308,734 square foot parking lot, which includes 669, parking stalls.  Off site up grades include new signage, striping and re-toping of portions of Zeckendorf Boulevard and Dibblee Drive .  The store was designed by Rosenbaum Design Group, located in Lake Success , NY .

This is the first Lowe's Store located in Nassau County , New York .  The spacious building includes wide aisles, bright lighting, a customer loading area for lumber, with a separate customer loading area for large appliances, and a small appliance section, all conveniently located just off the Meadowbrook Parkway in Garden City, New York.
