E. W. Howell was hired to construct two Olive Garden Restaurants in the Metropolitan Area of New York. The first located in the Chelsea district of Manhattan consisting of an 8,700 sf space in the new Caroline luxury tower. The restaurant reflects an upscale, urban look to satisfy New York City 's sophisticated diners. The second location is Brooklyn 's Gateway Center , which is a ground-up 8,200 square foot building. |
