E. W. Howell is Renovating AMC Theatres Bay Plaza 13

Bronx, NY – E. W. Howell Co., Inc., one of the old and largest construction companies on Long Island, with a branch office in Manhattan, is proud to announce that the firm will be acting as Construction Manager for the AMC Theatres renovation to their Bay Plaza 13 location in the Bronx.

This is our first project for the movie theatre icon.  Won by competitive bid, this multi-phased project involves the updating of four bathrooms, new carpet, ceiling tile, mouldings and painting – the work is being done in phases so that the day-to-day operations of the theatre will not be disrupted.  E. W. Howell will be completing this theatre renovation before the summer blockbuster season. 

The project team consists of Paul O’Rourke – Project Executive, Jonathan Herdes - Project Manager, Rick Rosetti - Superintendent.
