Phase I of Peninsula Hotel Project Complete

5/27/2008 - This project includes a 20,000 SF renovation of the top three floors of the hotel spa and restaurant facilities.  Phase I on the top level of the hotel included an extension of the bulkhead for new toilet facilities for the new Salon de Ning rooftop bar which opened on May 16 th .  The spa renovation (Phase II) will include construction of new treatment & relaxation rooms, showers, saunas, locker rooms, gym & yoga rooms as well as refurbishment of the existing pool.  Phase II of the project is scheduled to be complete in September 2008.
