| PESHKUR RESIDENCE
Three-year old Grace Peshkur of Holtsville, NY suffers from an extremely rare skin disease called Recessive Dystrohpic Epidermolysis Bullosa. Affecting one in a million people, this painful condition causes severe blisters internally and externally for which there is no treatment or cure. As a well established Long Island builder, we took the initiative to get involved and are happy to use our building experience for a good cause.
E.W. Howell Co., Inc. renovated the Peshkur's 800 SF home, making it handicap accessible to meet Grace's medical needs. We hope to improve the quality of life for Grace and help her family with their daily struggle. The Peshkur's new 3,100 SF house includes an elevator, therapy/play room, nurse's office, nurse's supply room, medicine storage rooms, courtyard with play house, entire house is ADA accessible.
