E.W. Howell was chosen to provide construction services for Sephardic Community Center, a not-for-profit religious institution in Brooklyn, NY.

The scope of the project includes construction of a new 139,600 SF 5-story (plus lower level) building addition that will house a new gymnasium, classrooms, offices and multi-purpose rooms. Extensive renovation of existing rooms and HVAC and electrical upgrade. These renovations will be made while the institution remains in operation.
