E.W. Howell completed construction services for the AMC Theater at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus , NJ .

Interior renovations to AMC Theater in the Bronx were completed in two phases. In the first phase, new paint and carpeting were added throughout the theater. Ceramic tile was also installed at the auditorium entrances and all restrooms were refurbished.

In Phase II, modifications were made to both the lower and upper lobby areas. The upper lobby incorporates a new Guest Services Area with built in oak seating on either side of the lobby. Improvements to the existing concession counters, additional ceramic paving and wall tile, painting and new lighting complete the space. The theater remained open and renovations were made during non-business hours, which presented a challenge.
