This 20,000 SF demolition and renovation of the Second Floor includes the main public corridors of the retail space and boutique shops for Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Chanel, Tod’s, Dolce & Gabanna, and Alexander McQueen.  Acting as construction manager, E. W. Howell successfully coordinated both the visions of each boutique design team individually and their connections to the shared corridors.  Comparable to a jeweled puzzle box, this project features an eclectic mix of exotic materials, design styles, and complex details that needed careful attention and planning.
