Acting as construction manager, E.W. Howell completed a 25,000 SF renovation of the entire Fifth Floor. This renovation took place over a 12 month period, in 4 phases.

E.W. Howell successfully renovated the 5th floor boutiques including Dolce & Gabbana and Chanel, by coordinating both the visions of each boutique design team individually and their connections to the shared corridors.
