The project was constructed in phases, ensuring that the store would remain open during construction. The project was completed in December of 2002.

The loading dock was built as an addition, once completed; Howell renovated the chicken rotisserie, chocolate shop, meat and deli preparation areas, new food court, new pharmacy, and new point of service freezers and coolers along with a new optical area.

Costco Addition – East Hanover , NJ

This addition of the vestibule with enclosed canopy and tire center was 4,500SF. The project was completed in September of 2003.
