E. W. Howell acted as General Contractor on our third Daffy's Retail Store in two years. 

The first is located at 335 Madison Avenue which consisted of 6,000 sf; the second location is at Queens Place, in Elmhurst, New York with 20,000 square feet. 

This location at 57th Street and Broadway with over 20,000 square feet of retail space is our third project working with both Daffy's and the Architect, Studio Morsa.
