35 East 10 th Street - E.W. Howell provided construction management services for the Eskandar boutique located at 35 East 10th Street in Manhattan . Completed in January 2005, the 8,000 SF store carries a variety of clothing, home furnishings and accessories. This is the first U.S. boutique for the London-based fashion designer, who has other stores in London and Paris .

Eskandar boutique at Bergdorf Goodman - Completed in February 2008, the Eskandar boutique at Bergdorf Goodman includes a 2,500 SF interior fit-out on the 6 th floor of the women's store.
