In late April 2004, E.W. Howell completed the first L.A. Fitness gym to be opened on Long Island.  Located in Farmingdale, the project consisted of interior renovations made to an existing 50,000 SF one-story building.  Renovations included an indoor 25 meter lap pool and relaxing spa, five racquetball courts, a basketball court and spacious locker rooms with a sauna and cherry wood lockers.

This project included 100,000 SF fit-out for existing empty shell space, adding additional space to existing fitness club. Renovations were also made to the existing club which was completed in late 2006.
