E.W. Howell completed the exterior facade replacement of the Neiman Marcus store at the Westchester Mall in White Plains , NY . The project consisted of the exterior wall replacement of an existing three story retail building. The existing 37,600 SF granite exterior was replaced with a brick and pre-cast stone exterior.
