The expansion and renovation to the flagship Tiffany store in Manhattan was performed by E.W. Howell's New York City Office.

The project, a three story vertical addition, required steel plates to be attached to existing beams to help the existing structure support the new addition; also a new elevator was installed. Façade work included new limestone and windows. The interior work included office space plus a large secured vault area.
