E.W. Howell was chosen by Music Choice, the leading cable music channel service, to provide General Construction services of their newly relocated offices at 17 Penn Plaza in New York City.

With 25,000 SF of commercial space the project consisted of new construction to provide general office area, two studios, studio support, technical spaces, bathrooms, and mechanical/electrical areas for their facility. Installation of new interior store front was required for Music Choice to have a lobby on the ground floor.
