Phase I - Phase I included the construction of
the Glenmere Building - a new, three-story residential home.
This structural steel, heavy gauge metal stud framed building comprises
over 83,000 sf of space and holds 120 beds.
The Glenmere Building has areas dedicated to: the special needs

The building has an enclosed courtyard and a roof top terrace.
Dining, activity and smoking rooms are located on all floors.

were gutted. The building was converted into a downtown village
area featuring: administrative offices, library, physical therapy
rooms, hair dresser and barber facilities, gift shop, dental clinic,
chapel and town center area with a cafe.
