E.W. Howell has constructed multiple facilities for Sunrise Development on Long Island.  Sunrise facilities are modeled after Victorian mansions.  Public spaces include a parlor, a beautiful dining room, bistro, sun room, and gracious porch.  The resident areas include living quarters, resident laundry, activity room, hair salon, and wellness office.
