This ground up new middle school which will house 6th, 7th and 8th grade students will be a spacious 150,000 square feet. The project includes a 4,850 SF auditorium which seats 378, a 7,920 SF gymnasium which will seat 500 with the bleachers open, a 3,400 SF cafeteria which seats 270 and a 3,447 SF library which will seat 67.
The auditorium includes a separate mini-theater, along side the gymnasium is an auxiliary gym and the state-of-the-art library will include two computer labs.
The two story building will have one elevator; a courtyard is also included in the project.
