E.W. Howell was awarded construction services for the new Manhattanville College Student Center . Designed by Peter Gisolfi Associates, the 35,000 SF Student Center for Creative Arts is the first major new academic building to be added to campus in over 40 years. 

The Center is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council with a certification goal of LEED Gold. The use of environmentally sustainable building materials and innovative construction strategies will conserve energy use and reduce the Center's operational costs.
