New York Medical College , one of the largest private health sciences universities in the country, chose E.W. Howell to construct its Medical Education Center . The project consists of a 52,000 SF addition of core research and teaching facilities on the college's Valhalla , New York campus.

The fourth floor of the building is dedicated to the gross anatomy laboratory. The space includes embalming and prep areas, cold and warm storage, restrooms, shower facilities and is naturally illuminated by the clerestory topping the floor.
