E.W. Howell acted as General Contractor for the Morton's Steakhouse located in White Plains , New York . This 9,000SF interior fit-out is located on the ground floor in the recently completed “Source at White Plains ” retail building. Construction was completed in late June 2004 and includes a bar area, storage rooms, display kitchen, dining area, and three board rooms.

Also, in July 2005 E.W. Howell completed a 3,000 SF interior renovation & refurbishment of restaurant of the Morton's, Fifth Avenue location.
