The construction on the Broad Hollow Incubator Facility at SUNY Farmingdale is being completed in two phases:

Phase 1 - Completed in 2002, it included a new laboratory which included 62 labs, a conference center and lab support spaces.

Phase 2 – Completed in 2006, this new laboratory building includes 50 additional labs, plus support space.
