Construction Services
The majority of our work is gained through competitive lump sum
G.C. bidding in the private sector, but we also selectively compete
within the public sector. As one of the largest commercial builders
on Long Island we enjoy a loyal following of qualified subcontractors,
which enables us to produce highly competitive qualified bids.
E.W. Howell has recently increased the number of projects in which
we are the Construction Manager, the majority of those projects
being C.M. "at risk".
Whether acting as the General Contractor or Construction Manager
during the construction process we offer a highly motivated and
qualified staff.
• Our Project Executive will oversee and
coordinate the efforts of all members of the Project Team, to insure
that the level of personnel resources assigned to the Project is
appropriate and cost-effective, and to supervise the subcontractor
selection process.
• Our Project Manager will act as the primary
liaison on the project for the owner, the design team and the implimentation
forces and also be responsible for cost and schedule controls, change
management, and all required project documentation.
• Our Superintendent will supervise and coordinate
construction activities at the project site on a daily basis and
will be responsible for quality control, safety and security at
the project site, as well as for day-to-day construction progress,
deliveries, and housekeeping. |
