Completed in January 2010, this Century 21 project in Rego Park, NY consisted of a 160,000-square-foot interior fit-out which is part of a new 3-story mall. The store occupies a small portion of the first level and the entire third level. Features include a prominent corner glass atrium which houses third-floor express escalators and an elevator that can be seen from the street and LIE.

This is the sixth location for Century 21 in the area, following their flagship, one in Brooklyn, one on Long Island, and two in New Jersey.
