This project includes significant interior renovations to Libya House including architectural, MEP, AV & Elevator renewals and upgrades for The Permanent Mission of Libya to The United Nations. Libya House is a 136,500 SF / 24-story (plus basement garage and sub-basement) mixed-use building located at 309 East 48th Street, New York, NY.  The renovated Building will include multiple stories of offices, three floors of residential areas, reception and supporting facilities.
