The 25,000 SF facility, designed by Perkins Eastman Architects PC offers primary and specialty medical, rehabilitative, mental health and dental services to individuals with disabilities, seniors and others in the Long Island community.  The facility includes 1,030 SF mobility training area, 1,375 SF Occupational/Physical Therapy area, exam rooms, as well as office and storage space.  Special features such as oversized exam rooms, height adjustable exam tables, fiber optic dental equipment and dual swivel dental exam chairs have been incorporated into the design and furnishings to make this Health Center truly accessible.
