Available Position: Project Admin Assistant
Position Locations: Plainview, NY
Position Overview: The role of this individual is to provide administrative support to the Project Team, ensuring the effective and smooth running of the day to day operations. This individual will be responsible for, maintaining files and processing contracts, insurance, submittals and RFI’s. The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in the construction industry. The prospective candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Sage Construction, Textura and Procore is a plus.
Qualification Requirements: This full-time position would suit someone who is professional, self-motivated with great communication skills, organized, has an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. This position will require occasional daily travel to project job sites.
