E.W. Howell was awarded construction services for the new Manhattanville College Student Center. Designed by Peter Gisolfi Associates, the 35,000 SF Student Center for Creative Arts is the first major new academic building to be added to campus in over 40 years.

The Manhattanville College Student Center is LEED gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and includes the use of environmentally sustainable building materials and innovative construction strategies that conserve energy use and reduce the Center’s operational costs.
